7-day guarantee

If Track100x Pro doesn’t work for you, ask within 7 days of paying and we’ll refund the full amount. No questions beyond what we need to find your payment.

How to ask

Send /paysupport to our Telegram bot and tell us which plan you bought. A person replies in the same chat, usually within a day.

How refunds are paid

Telegram Stars go back to your Telegram Stars balance. USDC or USDT go back to the wallet you paid from, on Arbitrum One. When a payment is refunded, the Pro time it bought is removed.

After 7 days

Pro doesn’t renew automatically, so you’re never charged again without paying yourself. We don’t refund partly used periods after the first 7 days, but if something on our side stopped working, tell us and we’ll make it right.
